Il Barista ha il compito di preparare e servire ai clienti da bere.Bisogna che conosca molteplici ricette di drinks,ed essere rapido ed efficiente a mescolare le bevande.
Spesso si occupa anche di prendere gli ordini,gestisce cassa e pagamenti.
Il Cuoco
La figura del Cuoco Professionale
Colui che prepara, gestisce,e pulisce i piatti,e pulisce la sua cucina,e presta attenzione alla conservazione dei cibi.
Il Lavapiatti
La principale mansione del lavapiatti e' quella di occuparsi principalmente della pulizia delle stoviglie,e di tutto quelle che serve per preparare i piatti.
Fa usi della lavastoviglia,ma solo per gli oggetti piu' fragili,la lucidatura posate e bicchieri va fatta a mano.

Ogni buon ristorante che si rispetti ha il suo Manager,un supervisore che dia ordine sia in sala che in cucina devono inoltre garantire uno staff ben selezionato.
